- Overall dropped 10 pounds on the scale
- gained three inches on the chest
- lost two inches in the waist
- lost 1/2 inch on my thighs
I personally though I would have had better results, but at least I am headed in the right direction. I know there are times were I have struggled with my nutrition. That's ok, but we have to crawl before we can walk, and walk before we can run. As long as I do not give up and I inch towards my fitness goals.
